How to Return an Item
Four simple steps to get your refund or exchange started.
Open Your Orders
Log into your account and go to My Orders to find the item you'd like to return.
Request a Return
Click Request Return, select the item, and tell us the reason for your return.
Pack & Ship
Repack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

- Items unused and in original condition
- Products with original tags and packaging
- Defective or damaged items on arrival
- Incorrect items received
Not Eligible
- Perishable goods and groceries
- Personal care & hygiene products once opened
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items returned after 30 days
About Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
